Major New Features

Update DataManager data via Excel Tools
Update DataManager data via Excel Tools
Excel Tools is now capable to modify and upload symbols to Enverus DataManager. Users of that solution can display a symbol from DataManager in the History or Properties window, change its values and then send the updates back to DataManager.

New Symbol Tree
New Symbol Tree
With this version, the root folder of the symbol tree will get a new layout. There will be a sub-folder for each group of data that MarketView offers. Depending on your use of MarketView and other Enverus Trading & Risk products, you will see the following folders:
MarketView
This folder contains all the sub-folders with data from the individual data providers

MarketScript
This folder contains all User-Defined Formulas (UDF)

Data Hub
This folder contains all data that was uploaded via MarketView DataHub

Local Symbols
This folder contains data from Enverus CurveBuilder and Enverus DataManager products

User impersonation
User Impersonation
MarketView user impersonation is now possible from within Excel Tools without having to log out and log in again.

Data Manager Environment selection
Curve Builder / Data Manager Environment selection
If MarketView is used together with Curve Builder and/or Data Manager, the environment that MarketView should connect to (“Production”, “Onboarding”, “UAT”, etc.) can now be selected inside Excel Tools without having to log out and log in again.

Bug Fixes

General: Excel Tools did no longer recognize the field “Settle” for versions 4.6+.
History: If the “Records Back” date range function was used with intraday data and if the selected symbol had gaps in its data, then the data was not displayed correctly.
History: If the “Records Back” date range function was used with intraday data for a very long period (~1 year), then the data was not displayed or refreshed in a reasonable time.
History: If the “Records Back” date range function was used with intraday data then the data for the previous day was not displayed correctly under certain circumstances.
History: For versions 4.8+ certain spreadsheet where not populating all their data the first time they were opened.
History: If a symbol from DataManager was displayed in quarterly granularity and if its data was far in the future, then not all datapoints were displayed.
History: If a symbol was displayed that only had permissions for a limited date range (e.g. 1 month of history only) then in certain cases an error message was displayed even for data ranges were the permissions were granted.
Table: If new curve tenors were added to an existing curve then those tenors disappeared from the table when the table was refreshed.
Table: If a curve that was generated by CurveBuilder was selected and if that curve used datetime tenors, then Excel Tools was crashing.
User Defined Formulas: If the “From” function was used together with the “High” or “Low” fields then the default precision and the precision parameter were not recognized.
User Defined Formulas: When formulas that included two or more parameters separated by a comma were pasted into the symbol lookup, then the formula symbol was not retrieved correctly.
